EU Design Registration Process

Application Submission by Applicant

In the following form, fill in the applicant's details, select the number of different design versions, attach design images to each version and, if applicable, add other optional data.

Our Response Process

First Message - Confirmation of Receipt，We will carefully study the documents and let you know within 24 hours.

Evaluation of the Documents:

·  a) All the documents are in order, the data provided is complete, the images are suitable. We will now prepare and file the EU design application and deliver it to the EUIPO office in Alicante.

·  b)We ask for the addition or verification of certain data to ensure broad and strong protection.

·  c)We ask for a new copy of image number x to ensure quality.

Filing the Application：We have successfully filed and delivered the EU design application to the EUIPO. We attach the confirmation of filing and the QR code for payment. Please make the payment within 10 working days (late payment will result in the application being considered not filed).

Sending the Certificate：We are pleased to inform you that your design/designs have been entered in the EUIPO register (valid for all 27 EU countries). We attach the certificate in pdf format electronically; we will inform you about validity extension after five years.
